Adele Darlene Isacoff, a beloved member of the community and a dedicated community health worker, passed away peacefully on November 18, 2023 at Dorothy Ley Hospice at the age of 58. She was surrounded by her loving partner Ana and close family friends during her final moments. Born on June 25, 1965, in Toronto, Ontario, to parents Jerry and Rochelle, Adele touched the lives of many through her compassionate nature and selfless actions.

Throughout her career as a community health worker, Adele worked tirelessly to support families and children in need. Her dedication and commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of others were truly inspiring. Adele's caring and positive personality endeared her to everyone she encountered. Her warmth, compassion, loyalty, and genuine concern for others made her a trusted confidante and an invaluable source of support.

Her unwavering love and care for others will forever remain etched in the hearts of everyone who was fortunate enough to have Adele in their lives.

Adele had many interests that brought joy to her life, she loved her pets and had a passion for shopping, traveling, and exploring new destinations. Among one of her favorite places was Las Vegas, where she enjoyed all the shows, responsible gambling and mostly just being with friends laughing and enjoying sparkly bling accents which represented fond memories and  the excitement of Vegas. Adele's furry friend Moe held a special place in her heart, as did Toby and Sandy. Their companionship brought immense joy to her life.

Adele leaves behind her beloved partner in life Ana, who will forever cherish their shared memories and love. Together, they built a beautiful life filled with love, laughter, and endless support for one another. Adele's presence in Ana's life will be greatly missed, but her spirit will continue to guide and inspire her every day.
