Angela Magnifico

Angela Magnifico, a vibrant soul with an infectious spirit, left this world on April 28, 2025, at the age of 86. Born on February 18, 1939, Angela was a loving mother, devoted grandmother, and cherished sister who brought joy and laughter to everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Angela's bubbly and funny personality made her a treasured figure in the lives of many. She had a profound faith that guided her daily, attending church frequently and nurturing her deep spiritual beliefs. Her warmth shone brightly through her actions—especially in the kitchen, where she would whip up delicious meals, from her famous rice balls to hearty tomato sauce during her beloved "Sugo Sundays." Her love for cooking was only surpassed by the love she had for her family.

Angela enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, Jennifer (David), Giulio, Anthony, Daniel, Julia & Lucas, creating memories that they will carry in their hearts forever. She took immense pride in being a devoted mother to her children, Elvira (Claudio), Rita, Primo (Pierina) and Italo (Francesca). Each moment spent with them was filled with laughter and love, creating a familial bond that will forever be remembered and cherished.

Her sisters, Emma, Ida, and Elena, were not just her family but also her lifelong friends and confidantes, forming a network of love and support that defined her life. The legacy of her nurturing spirit survives in the hearts of her loved ones, bringing comfort as they navigate their loss.

Angela is now reunited in Heaven with her beloved husband, Giulio, and her son, Enrico. Their memories will forever be intertwined with hers, a reminder of the love that she dedicated to her family.

Family and friends will gather to honour Angela's life during visitation on May 5, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Westminster Funeral & Reception Centre in Toronto. A funeral service will be held the following day, May 6, 2025, at 9:30 AM, also at Westminster Funeral & Reception Centre. Angela will then be laid to rest at Westminster Cemetery & Mausoleum, with entombment taking place at 10:15 AM.

As we celebrate Angela’s remarkable journey through life, we express gratitude for her laughter, warmth, and unwavering faith. Her spirit will forever remain a beacon of love and strength for her family and friends.
