With profound sadness and gratitude for a life well lived, the family announces the passing of Antonia Caravella on June 10, 2026, at the age of 85.

Antonia was the beloved wife of Santino Caravella, devoted mother of Loreto (Rose) and Maurizio (Teresa), cherished grandmother of Sara (George), Michael (Melody), Daniela (Daniel), Victoria, and Vanessa, a loving sister to Maria (predeceased), Mario (predeceased), Tomasina, and Gulia, and loving great-grandmother of Camila, Elisia, and Joshua.

Antonia's home was always a place of warmth and welcome. She expressed her love through her cooking, caring for her family, and preserving traditions for future generations. She also enjoyed sewing, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. Known for her kind heart, welcoming smile, and strong sense of community, she touched the lives of many through her friendships and involvement in her social club.

Above all, Antonia's greatest joy and accomplishment was her family. She celebrated every milestone, offered unwavering support, and created a legacy of love, kindness, strength, and generosity that will live on through her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever held in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in memory of Antonia to the Heart & Stroke Foundation

Visitation will be held at Westminster Funeral & Reception Centre (5826 Bathurst St, between Finch and Steeles on the west side), located on the grounds of Westminster Cemetery, it is the first building on your left. The family will receive guests on Sunday June 14, 2026 from 2:00pm-4:00pm & 6:00pm-8:00pm. The Funeral Service will be held in the Trillium Chapel of Westminster on Monday June 15, 2026 at 10:30am with entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery.
