It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Attilio Passafiume, born on June 2, 1972, who passed away peacefully on February 6, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.
After a courageous battle with cancer, Attilio’s journey came to an end, but the love he gave and the lives he touched will remain forever. Attilio was the kind of person who always showed up—steady, dependable, and ready to help without hesitation. His kindness was genuine, his generosity quiet but constant, and his devotion to his family unwavering.
Attilio was the beloved son of Antonio and Giuseppina, a devoted husband to Sandra, and a proud and loving father to their two sons, Anthony and Daniel, who were truly the center of his world. He and Sandra built a life together rooted in love, commitment, and deep respect.
He was also deeply loved by his mother-in-law, Eva Filippelli, who cherished Attilio as a son, and by his late father-in-law, Vittorio, who held him close to his heart.
Attilio will be deeply missed by his brother Nino and sister-in-law Cathy; his sister Michela and brother-in-law Corrado; his sister-in-law Tanya and brother-in-law Greg; and his nieces and nephews Angelica (Geron), Alessia, Luca (Serena), Marco, and Abby, as well as his great-nephew Donovan, and Daniel’s girlfriend, Nadia, who was lovingly welcomed as part of the family. He also leaves behind extended family members and many friends whose lives were made brighter by his presence.
Attilio had a rare way of making people feel cared for and supported. Through his kindness, generosity, and willingness to always be there for others, he left a lasting impression on everyone he met. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
