Carmine Amendola

It is with heavy hearts and a profound sense of loss that we announce the peaceful passing of Carmine Amendola on June 14^th, 2023, at Sunnybrook Hospital at the age of 82. Reunited with Vincenzina, his beloved wife of 47 years. Loving father of Maria (Pat) and Luciana (Leon). Proud Nonno of Stella. Dear brother of 8.  Carmine enjoyed spending time with family, friends at the Italian cafe, gardening and taking care of his fig trees.  Carmine was always smiling and enjoyed life to its fullest. Carmine was a dedicated Nonno to Stella and taught her about her Italian heritage and countless stories of his days at St. Alfred's school where he was employed for 25 plus years. Carmine will be sadly missed and held dear in the hearts of his many extended family and friends. He will be lovingly remembered and never forgotten.

Visitation will be held at Westminster Funeral & Reception Centre (5826 Bathurst St. between Finch and Steeles on the west side), located on the grounds of Westminster Cemetery (5830 Bathurst St.). After the long driveway, it is the first building on your left. The family will receive guests on Monday, June 19^th, 2023, from 4-8pm. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of Westminster at 11:00am on Tuesday, June 20^th with entombment to follow.
