In loving memory of Eva Marchione, a devoted mother, loving grandmother, and cherished member of her family.
Eva lived a life grounded in love, generosity, and deep connection to those around her. She found great joy in caring for her family and took pride in creating a warm and welcoming home. Whether through shared meals, meaningful conversations, or quiet moments together, she made everyone feel comforted and loved.
Above all, Eva was devoted to her family. She was a supportive and nurturing mother and a proud grandmother who treasured every moment spent with her loved ones. Her presence brought people together, and her kindness left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
Eva will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her strength, and the unwavering love she shared with her family. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She leaves behind her loving family, who will continue to honour her life and the values she instilled in them.
Eva had been bravely battling Parkinson’s disease. The family kindly invites donations to Parkinson Canada, the main national organization offering information, resources, and funding for research. Parkinson Canada is accredited under the Imagine Canada Standards Program.
Parkinson’s is more than a diagnosis, it is a life-altering reality for more than 110,000 people living in Canada, with this number expected to rise to 150,000 by 2034. Behind these numbers are families facing a fragmented care system, long waits for diagnosis, and limited access to specialized care. Many experience a loss of connection, joy, and purpose. It is a journey filled with uncertainty, where every step requires courage, resilience, and underscores the urgent need for change.
