Florindo (Flo) Bruno

Florindo (Flo) Bruno, born on June 20, 1974, was a cherished member of his family and a loyal friend to many. He left this world on July 17, 2025, leaving behind a legacy filled with laughter, warmth, and fond memories.

Flo was a dedicated fan of the New York Giants, his spirit ignited by every game as he cheered on his team with enthusiasm and passion. He had a love for music and could often be found enjoying soulful tunes that resonated with his vibrant personality. The world events like the World Cup and Euro were always special occasions for Flo, drawing him into the excitement and camaraderie they inspired.

A true connoisseur of life's little pleasures, he found joy in the simple act of savoring an espresso or indulging his sweet tooth. Flo was known for his impeccable sense of style, always dressed in expensive clothes, his hair perfectly styled, and never without his signature cologne that made him stand out in any crowd. He was a habitual smoker of Du Maurier cigarettes, adding a distinct touch to his unique character.

Flo's wit and humor defined him. Known as a joker, he brought laughter to all those around him. He enjoyed the thrill of poker and visiting the casino, often sharing tales of victories over his friends with a twinkle in his eye and a chuckle on his lips. His loyalty was unwavering; he kept secrets close and never shared information lightly, serving as a pillar of trust for all who were lucky enough to know him.

He is survived by his loving parents, Giuseppe and Liberata, his sister Pina, and his dear niece Alessia. Flo also leaves a close-knit family of aunts and uncles, including Franco (Gina) and Sara (Franco), as well as beloved cousins Virginia, Antonella, Marcella, Francesca, and Paolo, each of whom will miss him dearly.

His spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him, and his laughter will echo through cherished memories. Flo's light shone brilliantly, and he will be missed by many.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in memory of Florindo (Flo) to MS Canada.

Visitation will be held at Westminster Funeral & Reception Centre (5826 Bathurst St, between Finch and Steeles on the west side), located on the grounds of Westminster Cemetery, it is the first building on your left. The family will receive guests on Tuesday July 22, 2025 from 4:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Trillium Chapel of Westminster on Wednesday July 23, 2025 at 11:30am. Entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery.
