Gerardo (Gerry) Di Lollo

Gerardo Di Lollo, a cherished father, devoted son, and beloved brother, passed away on June 5, 2025, at the age of 52. He was a man who embodied love and laughter, known for his funny, friendly demeanor and a great sense of humour that could brighten any room. His radiant spirit will be deeply missed by his family and all those who had the privilege of knowing him.

Born on May 24, 1973, Gerardo grew up surrounded by the warmth of family. He carried a profound love for his daughters, Giulia and Amelia, who were the light of his life. He took pride in being their father, always supporting them and nurturing their dreams with unwavering encouragement. His funny stories and playful antics ensured that each day spent together was filled with joy and laughter.

He is now reunited in Heaven with his father Francesco and is survived by his loving mother, Santina, who surely finds strength in his memory; his siblings, Sonia (Onofrio) and Lisa (Tenio), who shared countless moments of laughter and joy with him; and his nephews, Matthew, Andrew, Nikolas, and Luca, all of whom admired their uncle's vibrant spirit. Together, they will forever treasure the memories of him—the jokes they shared, the football games they watched, and the moments when his kindness truly shone through.

Gerardo’s heart was large, and he readily opened it to those around him. Even as we mourn, we can't help but smile at the wonderful memories he left behind. A true family man, Gerardo's belief in the power of love and unity was evident in everything he did. He was the kind of person who made friends effortlessly, leaving a lasting impression on many lives.

Family and friends are invited to remember Gerardo and celebrate his life during a visitation on June 12, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Westminster Funeral & Reception Centre, located at 5826 Bathurst St, Toronto, ON, M2R 1Y6. A funeral service will be held the following day, June 13, 2025, at 11:00 AM, also at Westminster Funeral & Reception Centre, followed by interment at Westminster Cemetery & Mausoleum at 11:45 AM.

Though he is no longer with us, the laughter, love, and bright spirit he brought into our lives will remain forever in our hearts.
