Giovanni Provenzano

It is with heavy hearts but many warm memories that we announce the passing of Giovanni Provenzano.

A kind and fun-loving soul who touched the hearts of many with his warmth and generosity. Giovanni passed away on May 17, 2024, with his loving wife, Vita, of 56 years by his side.
Born on April 3, 1944, in Trapani, Sicily, Italy to parents, Giuseppe & Francesca.  He was a hard worker and started construction company with his brother Antonio in 1975 called Interior Home Improvements.  Giovanni lived a life filled with joy and laughter, finding solace in simple pleasures like tending to his vegetable garden and was known for green house. His passion for life was infectious, bringing light into the lives of everyone around him.
Beloved husband to Vita. Loving father to Francesca & Joe (Bernadette). Proud Nonno to Massimo, Sofia, Vanessa and JonAnthony. Giovanni's love for his family knew no bounds, and he found immense pride and joy in watching them grow and thrive.  

Giovanni will be deeply missed but never forgotten by his siblings, many family members and friends. His spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him. May he rest in peace, surrounded by eternal love and beauty. Heartfelt gratitude to the medical team at Princess Margaret Hospital.
