Battista Sartor

It is with heavy hearts and a profound sense of loss that our family announces the peaceful passing of Battista Sartor, on April 7^th, 2023 at Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital at the age of 85. Beloved husband of 62 years to Irma. Loving father of Laura (Gino) and Lisa (George). Proud Nonno of Adam (Carla), Andrew, David (Natalia), Stefano (Ashley), Kayla (Joe). Cherished Bisnonno of Camila, Sebastian and Nicolas. Battista will be sadly missed and held dear in the hearts of his brother Elio (Tamara), many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. He will be lovingly remembered and never forgotten.

Visitation will be held at Westminster Funeral & Reception Centre (5826 Bathurst St. between Finch and Steeles on the west side), located on the grounds of Westminster Cemetery (5830 Bathurst St.). After the long driveway, it is the first building on your left. The family will receive guests on Wednesday, April 12^th from 3-8 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of Westminster on Thursday, April 13^th at 10:30 a.m., with entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery & Mausoleum.
