In loving memory of Jocelyn Alviento Macahilig. It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jocelyn Macahilig, who departed this world on January 9, 2024, at the age of 55. She was surrounded by her loving daughters, Catherine, Natasha, Marbe and Hillary along with her husband. Jocelyn was a remarkable woman who brought joy and warmth to everyone around her. She had a passion for cooking and would often prepare delicious meals for her family and friends. Her culinary creations were a true expression of love and brought people together. Jocelyn's meals always nourished both body and soul.In addition to her culinary talents, Jocelyn had a beautiful voice that could captivate anyone who listened. She loved to sing and would fill the room with melodies that touched the hearts of all those around her. Her voice was a gift that brought comfort and joy to those who were fortunate enough to hear it. Jocelyn will be deeply missed by her many extended family members and friends. Her warm smile kind heart, and gentle spirit have left an indelible mark on all who knew her. We will forever cherish the memories we shared with Jocelyn and hold her dear in our hearts. Though she may no longer be with us, her love and presence will never be forgotten.
Visitation will be held at Westminster Funeral & Reception Centre (5826 Bathurst St. between Finch and Steeles on the west side), located on the grounds of Westminster Cemetery; it is the first building on your left. The family welcomes you to celebrate her life and share memories with them on Sunday, January 21st, 2024 from 12pm -3pm in the Trillium Chapel of Westminster.
