Joseph Iannitti

Joseph Iannitti, cherished husband, father, son, brother, and friend, passed away on April 15, 2025, at the age of 64. Born on October 14, 1960, Joseph was a man who lived life fully, embracing each moment with kindness and humor. His unwavering determination during his battle with cancer proved how resilient Joseph was. He dedicated his career to the airlines, beginning as a ramp agent at CP Air, Canadian Airlines, and eventually becoming a valued member of the Air Canada team. His colleagues remember him for his unwavering dedication and a unique ability to lift spirit, always making those around him laugh and smile.

Beyond his professional life, Joseph had a vibrant personality filled with interests that brought joy to himself and others. He found great pleasure in watching movies and TV shows, listening to music, and cooking delicious meals that often became family gatherings filled with laughter and love.

Joseph is survived by his beloved wife, Antonella, whose partnership was filled with love and support. He is also survived by his two adoring children, Roberto and Susanna, both of whom carry forward the legacy of love and warmth that their father instilled in them. He will be deeply missed by his predeceased parents, Antonio and Rosa Iannitti; and siblings: Angela, Dominic, and Mary. His family also includes his supportive in-laws, Mario and Assunta Pimpinella, and his caring brother-in-law, Joe Pimpinella (Irena) as well as his nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Westminster Funeral & Reception Centre (5826 Bathurst St. between Finch and Steeles on the west side), located on the grounds of Westminster Cemetery, it is the first building on your left. The family will receive guests on Monday April 21, 2025 from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. The Funeral Service will be held in the Trillium Chapel of Westminster on Tuesday April 22, 2025 at 12:30pm.
