Maria Manuela Correia, touched the lives of everyone she encountered, peacefully departed from this world on March 14, 2025, at Richmond Hill, Ontario. Born on October 3, 1940, in Ponta Delgada, Sao Miguel, Portugal, Maria Manuela embraced life with an unwavering spirit.

She was a loving and generous person, full of life, always eager to share her beautiful smile. Maria Manuela brightened the days of those around her, creating memories filled with warmth and joy.

Maria Manuela devoted 55 wonderful years to her beloved husband, Reinaldo Correia. Even after being widowed for the past seven years, her love did not diminish. She was a proud and caring mother to Teresa (David) Miotto and Reinaldo (Lori) Correia, who will forever treasure her guidance and support. As a vovó, she showered her grandchildren—Emily, Stephen, Max, and Jesse—with affection and happiness.

In addition to her immediate family, Maria Manuela will be greatly missed by her two brothers, Fernando (Conceição) and Carlos (Elia) and loving nieces and nephew, Fernanda, Dori, Nancy, and Brian, as well as her many cherished cousins. She took immense pride in her family, finding joy in their company.

To honor the beautiful life of Maria Manuela, visitation will take place on March 18, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Westminster Funeral & Reception Centre, located at 5826 Bathurst St, Toronto, ON. A funeral service celebrating her life is scheduled for March 19, 2025, at 10:00 AM.

Maria Manuela Correia leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and cherished moments that will resonate in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
