Maria Rosenczweig

Maria Rosenczweig, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on May 17th, 2023 in Vaughan at the age of 81. She was born in Romania on October 16th, 1941.

Maria was a woman who lit up every room she entered with her infectious smile and warm personality. Her unwavering strength and effortless ability to make everyone feel welcome will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Maria leaves behind her beloved husband, Niculae. Loving mother to Edit, Szerenka (Vito). Proud and doting grandmother to Katarina (David), Toshio, Emily and Jacob. She is survived by her sisters Marcella and Anna.

Maria’s family wishes to celebrate her life with you. Visitation will take place on Saturday, May 27^th at Westminster Funeral & Reception Centre from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM followed by a Memorial Service at 11:30 AM. 

Maria's memory will continue to live on within all those she has touched during her time with us. She made the world a better place simply by living in it. She will forever remain in our hearts.
