Paulo Braga, beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. He was a man known for his strength, kindness, and devotion to those he loved.
Born in Ribeira Quente, Azores, Paulo emigrated to Canada in the early 1980s. He shared 53 wonderful years of marriage with his wife, Maria Braga, together building a life rooted in love, faith, and family. He was the devoted father of three children, Bruno (Sandra), Dina (Victor), and Noemia (Brent), each inheriting his values, his kindness, his strength, and his gentle spirit.
Paulo found immense joy in his role as a grandfather. He leaves behind 6 grandchildren, Ethan, Rachel, Rebecca, Lucas, Brayden and Logan, each of whom brought light into his life and will forever cherish the wisdom, stories, and affection he so freely gave.
He will be lovingly remembered by his brother, Manuel and 5 sisters Maria, Idalina, Paulina, Fatima and Lourdes as well as numerous relatives and friends. He cherished Alexandra (Mike) as a daughter of the heart, and her children Andrew and Claudia as dearly loved grandchildren.
He will be remembered for his generous heart, his gentle soul and his dedication to his family. His presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will continue to live on in the countless lives he touched.
No more pain, dad.
