Roberto Bonanni

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Roberto Bonanni, who departed this life on May 9, 2025 at the age of 91.

Born on April 20, 1934 in Supino, Frosinone, Robert was a cherished husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. Over the course of his long and well-lived life, he touched many hearts with his wisdom, social work, and quiet strength.

A man of simple joys, he loved gardening, storytelling, he took great pride in his work with the Supino Social Club, and he never missed an opportunity to share a story or experience.

He is survived by his loving wife Attilia and grandson Cristian, his brothers Tonino, Tomasso, Gary, and sister Franca, and is preceded in death by his beloved son and daughter, Maurizio Roberto and Sandra Angela, and sister Lidia.

A celebration of Roberto’s life will be held on May 17 at Westminster Funeral Home, with visitation beginning at 9:30 am. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks you to consider donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Cancer Association in honor of their children. 

We will miss him dearly but take comfort in knowing he lived a full and meaningful life. May he rest in peace.
