Rocco Panici
August 13, 1929 — March 18, 2023
With profound sadness and love we announce the passing of Rocco Panici who was peacefully called home on March 18, 2023, at the tender age of 93. Devoted husband to Teresa for 68 years, Rocco will be forever missed by his wife and beloved daughter Ada (Ottorino), his adored grandchildren Stefania (Lorenzo) and Thomas (Anna Liza) and his cherished great grandchildren Giovanni, Charlotte, Simona, Henry and Edward. Predeceased by his parents Antonio Panici and Annunziata Venditti, dear brother Lorenzo (Filomena) and sister Maria (Antonio), he also leaves behind his sister Ceasarina (Vittorio) and many nieces and nephews
Rocco will be forever remembered as a kind, gentle and loving man who will be held dear in the hearts of his family and friends.
If so desired, donations in memory of Rocco can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation
Visitation will be held at Westminster Funeral & Reception Centre (5826 Bathurst St. between Finch and Steeles on the west side), located on the grounds of Westminster Cemetery (5830 Bathurst St.). After the long driveway, it is the first building on your left. The family will receive guests on Tuesday, March 21st from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of Westminster at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 22nd, with entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery & Mausoleum.
