Rosanna Sacco

Rosanna Sacco, beloved and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2026, surrounded by her family. She was born on September 12, 1950 in Abruzzo, Italy, to Georgio and Filomena Fantauzzi.

Rosanna was predeceased by both her parents, her sister Angela and brother Paul. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 56 years, Aldo; she was an adoring mother to her sons Tony (Merissa) and George (Jennifer), and doting grandmother to her grandsons Marcello and Adamo. She is also survived by her brother Armando.

Rosanna enjoyed cooking, baking and taking long walks. She loved spending time at the cottage, where she immersed herself in nature and reading novels.

A heartfelt thank you to the team at Sunnybrook Hospital CVICU for the wonderful care she received.

Rosanna will be forever remembered for her beautiful smile, infectious laugh and zest for life. Her legacy of love will remain alive in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
