Santa Iole Sabatini

Santa Iole Sabatini, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on June 6, 2024, at the age of 89. She was born on February 26, 1935 in Italy to loving parents, the late Ferrino Vallozzi and late Amaranda (neé Marzola). Santa’s family was at the core of her existence. She was predeceased in death by her beloved husband Mario. She is survived by her dear children Nina, Mara (late Tom) and Domenic (late Cathy). Cherished grandmother to Michael, Mario (Kelly), Steven, Daniel (Christine), Melissa (Brianna) and Paul (Monica). Dear great-grandmother to Adeline, Domenico, Gemma and Gabriel. In addition to her immediate family, Santa leaves behind memories shared with her siblings, the late Antonio and  Bruna.

She will be fondly remembered for her love for white roses and exceptional talent in the kitchen. Her culinary creations brought joy and warmth to all who had the pleasure of tasting them. Santa Iole Sabatini’s presence will be deeply missed but her kindness and love will forever remain in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.

Visitation will be held at Westminster Funeral & Reception Centre (5826 Bathurst St. between Finch and Steeles on the west side), located on the grounds of Westminster Cemetery, it is the first building on your left. the family will receive guests on Monday June 10, 2024 from 3-8pm. The Funeral Service will be held in the Trillium Chapel of Westminster on Tuesday June 11, 2024 at 11:30am with entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery.
