Obituary

Svetlana Rabinovitch, a devoted mother, loving grandmother, and talented artist, passed away peacefully.

Svetlana lived a life filled with creativity, kindness, and dedication to those she loved. She had a deep passion for painting and found joy in expressing the beauty of the world through her art. Her paintings reflected her warmth, imagination, and unique perspective on life.

Above all, Svetlana was devoted to her family. She was a caring and supportive mother and a proud grandmother who cherished every moment spent with her loved ones. Her home was always full of warmth, good food, and heartfelt conversations. She loved cooking for her family and bringing people together. 

Svetlana will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her creativity, and the deep love she shared with her family. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. 

She leaves behind her loving family, who will continue to honor her life and the values she passed on. 

May her memory be a blessing.

Visitation will be held at Westminster Funeral & Reception Centre (5826 Bathurst St, between Finch and Steeles on the west side), located on the grounds of Westminster Cemetery, it is the first building on your left. The family will receive guests on Thursday March 19, 2026 from 11:00am until 12:00pm. Burial to follow at Westminster Cemetery.
