It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Teresa De Fazio (nee Iozzo) on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Vincenzo De Fazio. Cherished mother and nonna of Maria Grazia Paravani (Sante) and their children Amanda (Steven) and Marco (Aaron), Anna Maria Graziotto (Lawrence) and their children Steven (Andrea) and Jason, Domenico Mimmo De Fazio and his children Samantha (Michael) and Joseph. Loving and Proudest Bisnonna to Arianna.
Teresa will forever live in the hearts of many extended family and friends.
Teresa was born on November 10, 1941, in Torre di Ruggiero, Catanzaro, Italy. Loving daughter of Vito and Anna Iozzo.
